Lokion acquires Memphis-based app developer Resolute Interactive.

Aug. 30--Just four months and change shy of its fourth birthday, Memphis-based Resolute Interactive is being reborn as a new division within an existing local agency. The mobile application firm is merging with Lokion Interactive, company officials announced Monday. Founded in 2001, Lokion is acquiring Resolute's client list and contract base, effective immediately. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
