Attorney complains about city citation for building damaged by trolley.

Aug. 25--PANAMA CITY -- While the wheels of his lawsuit against the Bay Town Trolley keep spinning, the attorney whose office was destroyed by an errant trolley has been notified the building is a hazard and a public nuisance. Attorney Bill Price brought a letter he received from the Panama City Police Department's code enforcement unit to the attention of the Panama City Commission during its meeting Tuesday.

"The public transit system has knocked my building off its foundation, and now I'm being sued," Price told commissioners. He added that he didn't expect them to "fix" the problem for him. But he did have a reason for showing up. …
