Aug. 24--LEDYARD -- There are a rash of missing street signs in the Highlands neighborhood of town, according Public Works Director Steven Masalin. Masalin discovered the missing signs along Gallup Hill Road, Greystone Court and Spicer Hill Road this afternoon. Mayor Fred B.
