Aug. 13--PANAMA CITY -- Near the top of every hour, traffic on Harrison Avenue is slowed as trolleys travel and make stops on downtown's main street. Business owners say the public transportation system is loud, fast and dangerous, and they want the route moved. "It's a recipe for disaster with the way these trolleys come flying down Harrison Avenue," said Russell Kinslow, co-owner of It's All Green.
