BRIEF: Woman dies in crash near Marianna.

Aug. 07--MARIANNA -- A woman was killed and five people were hospitalized Saturday after two cars collided on State 73 near Missouri Road northwest of Marianna, according to the Florida Highway Patrol. Erin Wells, 22, of Marianna was driving a 1997 Ford Explorer at 6:10 a.m. when she crossed the center line striking a 2007 Passat driven by Carolyn Phillips, 32, of Shelbyville, Ky., FHP said. Phillips was killed in the collision, and four passengers in her vehicle were injured. They were identified as Victor Phillips, 27, Seth Miller, 10, Jordan Miller, 10, and Devon Miller, 13, all of Shelbyville. They are listed in serious to critical condition at hospitals in …
