Ghanaian politicians do make promises on their campaign trails that they hardly fulfil.
This time around, President John Atta Mills is being held accountable for some of these promises as the chiefs and people of the Volta Region where the ruling National Democratic Congress (NDC) draws its main support in every election are up in arms to demand that, promises made to them are fulfilled.
