PETROLEUM RETAILER Total Philippines Corp. hit tax collectors for repeated audits, warning that such efforts were scaring away legitimate investors that are reportedly scrutinized more than smaller firms.
"The drive of the new administration to increase tax collection is admirable and in principle we stand by them.
