July 29--Vancouver police are asking for help finding 13-year-old Amber Dawn Pugh, who is missing from her home on R Street. Amber was last seen about 5:15 p.m. Thursday, when she left home to meet an unidentified friend at the S&S Mart at East 33rd and S streets in the Rose Village neighborhood, according to a bulletin from police spokeswoman Kim Kapp.
