Khartoum, 27 July (SUNA) - President of the Republic, FM Umar al-Bashir, has reiterated the concern of the state with strategic planning, adding that the state should have a clear vision on its programmes in the long run.

Addressing a graduation ceremony of the fifth fellowship and MA session of the Higher Security Academy, President Al-Bashir said that the importance of the academy emanates from its concern with the strategies.
