China sends congratulatory message to Vietnam's newly elected leaders.

Hanoi - State President Truong Tan Sang, Prime Minister Nguyen Tan Dung and National Assembly Chairman Nguyen Sinh Hung have received congratulatory messages from foreign counterparts on their elections during the ongoing first session of the 13th NA.

Chinese State President Hu Jintao, Prime Minister Wen Jiabao and Chairman of the Chinese National People's Congress Standing Committee Wu Bangguo sent congratulatory messages to Vietnamese State President Truong Tan Sang, Prime Minister Nguyen Tan Dung, and National Assembly Chairman Nguyen Sinh Hung, respectively.
