3 buildings in DeBalieviere Place fetch $6 million.

April 29--Investors from St. Louis and Los Angeles emerged as winners Thursday in the auction of two apartment buildings and a commercial structure in the DeBaliviere Place neighborhood.
Some spirited bidding led to a total sale price of a little more than $6 million for the apartment buildings at 5660 Kingsbury Place and 5560 Pershing Avenue and the mixed-use building at 5501 Pershing. Combined, the buildings have 123 apartments. Atlas restaurant is among the commercial tenants at 5501 Pershing.
Veteran St. Louis real estate investors John Nash, Alan Hamilton, Steven Hogan and Gantt Miller are the new owners of the apartment buildings. …
