Facilities-based wholesale provider of Private Line Transport, Ethernet, IP and VoIP services, 360networks, announced on Tuesday that it will provide its Ethernet Virtual Private Line (EVPL) Service to NTS Communications, for fully mesh-protected ubiquitous connectivity between Lubbock and Amarillo in Texas.
