Open road leads to Netflix.(LEGIT)(Open Road Films )(Brief article)
With only two titles under its wing so far, Open Road Films already has announced a multiyear digital streaming deal with Netflix, making pies available in the pay-TV window after their DVD release.
Deal includes future titles along with Open Road's existing pair: "Killer Elite" and "The Host." As with the pies under the Netflix pacts with Relativity and FilmDistrict, these titles will forego pay cable windows for online streaming.
