Russian police warn motorists against rally in Moscow.

Moscow, 30 June: Moscow police are asking motorists to refrain from participating in an unauthorized action in the centre of the capital on 3 July, Interfax learnt at the press service of the Interior Ministry's Main Directorate for Moscow.
"Moscow police have officially appealed to Moscow motorists not to take part in the unauthorized action scheduled to take place in central Moscow on 3 July," the press-service said.
