FBM KLCI ends week on flat note.

SHARE prices on Bursa Malaysia closed relatively unchanged for the week ended yesterday. The FTSE Bursa Malaysia Kuala Lumpur Composite Index (FBM KLCI) continued to stay above its critical support of 1,560 points when it closed at 1,564.66 yesterday, registered a gain of just 1.23 points for the week The FBM KLCI slipped into a sideways consolidation on Monday. It opened at 1,561.99 before hitting a day low of 1,557.52. It closed at 1,559.19, giving a day-on-day loss of 4.24 points, or 0.27 per cent.

Share prices on Bursa Malaysia rebounded in a tight trading range on Tuesday, in tandem with the technical rebounds on the regional stock markets. The FBM …
