MULTI award winning lifestyle developer Mah Sing Group Bhd has continued its wining streak this year, bagging four accolades at the recent Asia Pacific Property Awards (APPA).

With a current tally of seven APPA wins in fi ve consecutive years, this year's delivered the Best Industrial Development award for i-Parc 3@Bukit Jelutong, in Shah Alam, as well as Highly Commended awards for Southbay City in Penang (Mixed-use Development) and Star Avenue in Damansara, Selangor (Retail Development).

It was also highly commended in the Developer Website category for its portal www.mahsing.com.my. Mah Sing Group managing director Tan Sri Leong Hoy Kum talks about the company's rise to the forefront of the industry, and about its plans to stay there.

IT looks like a "blitzkrieg" - a lightning attack on all fronts ...
