June 22--PANAMA CITY -- During a workshop Tuesday night, city commissioners discussed whether they should consider pulling out of some organizations, such as the Economic Development Alliance, and put more stringent review processes in place for other organizations they help fund. The meeting was held to discuss city priorities. Commissioner Nancy Wengel did not attend.
