June 21--PANAMA CITY BEACH -- The Bay County Sheriff 's Office on Monday raided and shuttered a pain management clinic operated by a doctor who was indicted last year on 35 drug-related counts. RobertBruceSperrazza,58,was arrested and charged with failing to register as a pain management clinic, a third-degree felony. He is awaiting trial in Dougherty County, Ga., after a grand jury indicted him last July on 35 counts, including possession with intent to distribute several controlled substances.
