The High Court in Kampala yesterday set July 4 to 8 for hearing of the petition in which Lubaga North MP Katongole Singh Marwaha's victory is being challenged by Mr Moses Kasibante.

Conducting a session at which lawyers for the two sides agreed on issues to be determined, witnesses to be called and evidence to be relied upon, Justice Kibuka Musoke also barred journalists from making any further electronic recording of proceedings during hearings.
