Khanh Hoa (VNA) -Scientists and cultural experts nationwide dealt with the legal basis on Vietnam 's sovereignty over the Truong Sa archipelago at a symposium in the central coastal province Khanh Hoa on June 15.

In 13 presentations delivered to the event, on cultural values of Vietnam 's seas and islands, they also touched upon the setting up and enforcing of the country's sovereignty over the Truong Sa archipelago in history, and spiritual life on the Truong Sa island district.
