Rogue UPDF Soldier Shot Dead in Ntungamo.

Police in Ntungamo have shot dead a UPDF soldier suspected to have been behind several attempted robberies in the area last week. The UPDF Second Division spokesman Capt. Robert Kamara identified the dead as Pte. Paul Ochaya army Number RA 219247 attached to the 63rd battalion of the 307 brigade at Kayamugashe Ntungamo.

He said the soldier went missing from the barracks on Friday June 3, from the morning parade before getting involved in several attempted robberies days later.
