A section of farmers in Lango sub-region have dragged Mukwano Group of Companies to court for allegedly supplying them with dead seeds.
The farmers are demanding that the company pays them Shs100 million as compensation for general damages and resource wastage. They claim that the seeds the company has been supplying them since 2008, have not been germinating to their expectations, costing them millions of shillings.
The suit
