Bukenya Denies Getting Court Summons.

Former vice president Gilbert Bukenya has said he is yet to receive summons to appear in court in person or send an attorney to represent him in a case where he is facing abuse of office and fraudulent practice.

Prof. Bukenya told Daily Monitor yesterday that he was still waiting for the summons as to whether to appear in person or be represented. "I don't know whether I am going there (court) or not, but I will confirm tomorrow (today)," he said.

Prof. Bukenya is expected to appear in court tomorrow to defend himself in regard to the above allegations. Prof. Bukenya was summoned earlier by the Anti-Corruption …
