Unidentified thugs have stolen Shs200 million from the Koboko United Savings and Credit Cooperative Bank. According to the Koboko District Police Commander, Mr Edson Muganzi, the thugs broke into the bank on Friday after spraying chloroform, rendering the security guards unconscious.
