[Presenter] Gen David Petraeus, commander of foreign forces in Afghanistan, has said from now on foreign forces would not harm civilians in their operations against the armed opponents of the government. He said President Karzai's remarks are true with regard to this. Previously, President Karzai warned that the continued killing of civilians by foreign forces' air strikes would be considered as an occupying action.
