Today [31 May] official charges were brought against Maj Igor Matveyev, the one who in his sensational video address talked about violations in a military unit in [Russia's] Maritime Territory, particularly saying that soldiers were fed with canned dog food there. Following this, the press service of the Eastern Regional Command of the Interior Troops said that by means of the video message the major was trying to divert attention from his own service faults, redeem himself in the eyes of the superiors and stay in military service.
