The NDS [National Directorate of Security] says that the incident in which Gen Mohammad Daud Daud, the commander of Pamir Police Zone 303, and Gen Shah Jahan Nuri, the Takhar police chief, were killed one day ago was a result of [remote controlled] explosion.
