A FEW days ago, His Highness Sayyid Fahd bin Mahmud al-Sa'id, deputy prime minister for the Council of Ministers, issued a ministerial decision on the Sultanate's land entitlement system. The decision incorporated articles of far-reaching significance to the citizens of our country.
