The provincial government is concentrating on preparing of a people-friendly budget for upcoming financial year 2011-12, which will bring relief and support to poor and low income segment of society. This was stated by Senior Minister Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and Parliamentary Leader of ANP, Bashir Ahmed Bilour on Friday, while talking to a delegation here at his residence.
