KUALA LUMPUR: A former executive director of an investment holding company was charged with eight counts of furnishing false statements to Bursa Malaysia Securities Bhd involving some RM132 million in inflated revenue.
Mohd Azham Mohd Noor, 46, formerly of Kosmo Technology Industrial Bhd, pleaded not guilty to the offences which were allegedly committed between May 2006 and February 2008.
Lim Hai Loon, 41, who used to be the accounts manager at Kosmo, was charged with eight counts of abetting Azham.
