THE country's southern region will soon see a new playground for those seeking lifestyles beyond the ordinary at the up-and-coming integrated township named Ulu Tiram in Johor by developer Maju Assets Sdn Bhd, which is wholly owned by Maju Holdings Sdn Bhd.

Maju Assets managing director Adam Radlan Adam Muhammad said it was conceptualised to be different yet complement other developments in Johor with its surrounding verdant greenery, lake and waterways, adding it aspires to gain international recognition by targeting high-end buyers, expatriates and upgraders.
