JAPANESE companies are ready to invest some RM3.84 billion in Malaysia in the short term between now and next year and a further RM5.22 billion in investments have been pledged for the period between 2013 and 2015.
Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Razak said this after attending a roundtable meeting with the Japan-Malaysia Economic Association (Jameca) in Tokyo yesterday. Najib was also here to speak at the 17th Annual Nikkei International Conference on The Future of Asia.
