(From Aberdeen Evening Express)
ABERDEEN'S Labour Party has made a U-turn on its call for a change of leader at the city council.
But the opposition warned the SNP must take over the authority if they are the biggest party after a by-election in Garthdee on June 23.
Following a group meeting, the 10 Labour councillors agreed to abandon a call for an emergency meeting to install SNP leader councillor Callum McCaig, pictured, as council leader.
