BOCAUE, BULACAN - Construction of the first tranche of a promised 20,000 low-cost housing units for military and police personnel was launched yesterday in this town north of Metro Manila.

A total of 4,000 units will be built by the National Housing Authority (NHA) at the Bocaue Hills Housing Project, with President Benigno S. C. Aquino III and Vice-President Jejomar C. Binay, chairman of the Housing and Urban Development Coordinating Council, leading the ceremonial opening.
