As digital publishing continues to evolve, educators can be assured that both ebooks and apps will have a big place in readers' libraries, according to attendees of the first Tools of Change for Publishing Bologna (TOC) conference (www.tocbologna.com). "Most agree that it's not going to be either/or, but both, depending on the content," says Kat Meyer, cochair of TOC, held March 27 in conjunction with the annual children's publishing fair in Bologna, Italy.
