statesman news serviceBARASAT, 29 APRIL: The Barasat district sessions court today held Gunjan Ghosh and four others guilty in connection with the murder of Mithun Koley, an engineering student, in 2003. The first additional district sessions judge, Mr Debashis Bhattacharya, will announce the quantum of punishment tomorrow.The judge held Gunjan, prime accused in the murder case, his wife, Rumela and three others ~ Munna Singh, Dharmendra Prasad and Bikram Harijan ~ guilty. As Harijan is not an adult he will be sent to the juvenile court. Four others Rajib Ghosh, Pritam Singh, Biswajit Dey and Rabi Das have been acquitted, Mr Nabakumar Ghosh, special public prosecutor, said. Mithun …
