MONTROSE manager Ray Farningham has challenged his players to ensure they avoid the ignominy of finishing bottom of the Third Division by beating East Stirling today.

The Gable Endies' end-of-season revival came to a halt as they lost to Third Division champions Arbroath at Gayfield, but with his side three points clear of the Shire, who prop up the division, Farningham is keen for his team to get back to winning ways at Links Park.
