Eco-clubs get much-needed help to spread word on conservation.

The eco-clubs of 10 educational institutions have been given a much- needed financial boost with each being awarded $2,000 to help raise awareness on preserving the environment.

The boost comes following a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) signing between Butra HeidelbergCement Sdn Bhd (BHC) and the Department of Environment, Parks and Recreation (JASTRE), which sees them teaming up to support clubs that organise environmental activities to promote and preserve the environment in their respective schools.
