THE history of the village of Cross Hands has come to life with the release of a new DVD.

A host of local people have contributed to Yng Nghysgod y Pyramidiau Du (In the Shadow of the Black Pyramids), which features the history of Cross Hands.

The DVD was made by Great Mountain Media, which is based in the village.

Adrian Morgan and Marc Pugh Jones make up the media company.

Adrian said: "The DVD contains interviews with many local residents, together with visual material including films and historical photographs.
