Kern releases card pick-&-place system.(Brief article)
Kern has launched the Kern 90 pick -and-place system, which features its RoboCard technology.
According to Kern, the machine can place up to eight cards anywhere on a document and is targeted at printers operating in the retail, finance and telecomms sectors for applications such as loyalty and gift cards as well as SIM cards.
It has been designed for fast makereadies and high integrity products, and can work with a wide-range of database formats and coding systems, including magnetic strips, barcodes and OCR.
