TAMLUK, 9 APRIL: Hours after the return of a CPI-M leader, Mr Prajapati Das who was biding his time outside his village for the past 18 months, a series of clashes between CPI-M and Trinamul Congress workers ensued at Khejuri in East Midnapore triggering fresh tension among locals today.At least seven Trinamul Congress workers including three minors were injured when a group of CPI-M armed men allegedly beat them up critically after kidnapping them from Baratala More in Khejuri this morning.
