Report from the ceremony, with pictures and extracts from President Medvedev's speech on 4 April at the 45th Separate Guards Order of Aleksandr Nevskiy Special-Purpose Airborne Troops Regiment near Moscow, which he awarded the Order of Kutuzov. It is described as the youngest unit in the Airborne Troops, which was formed in the summer of 1994, after which it went to war in the North Caucasus.
