Section: Rating - On the effective date of April 12, 2011, Fitch Ratings will assign a rating of 'AA+/F1+' to the Tarrant County Cultural Education Facilities Finance Corporation hospital revenue bonds (Scott and White Memorial Hospital and Scott, Sherwood and Brindley Foundation Project) $85,775,000 series 2008-1 and $94,395,000 series 2008-2.
The long-term rating is determined using Fitch's dual-party pay criteria and is based jointly on the underlying rating assigned to those bonds by Fitch (currently rated 'AA-' by Fitch), and the support provided by the letters of credit (LOCs) issued by Wells Fargo Bank, N.A.
