The Japan team may be in camp in Miyazaki right now but I can assure you that rugby is not at the front of our minds.
Like everyone else in Japan, we want to do whatever we can to help the victims of the March 11 earthquake and tsunami and the ongoing nuclear crisis in Fukushima.
But like many people we are still not sure what the best thing to do is.
