Amaechi Inaugurates NESREA Office in Port-Harcourt.
Gov. Rotimi Amaechi of Rivers has inaugurated the National Environmental Standards and Regulations Enforcement Agency(NESREA) office in Port Harcourt.
The office, named " NESREA House, " was built by the Rivers Government to support the agency in ensuring environmental sustainability in the country.
A statement issued in Abuja on Tuesday by Sule Oyofo, Chief Press Secretary to NESREA, said the building with 32 rooms would house the South-South Zonal Office of NESREA and the Rivers Office of the agency.
It would also accommodate the World Health Organisation (WHO) approved reference laboratory.
