Mob Lynches Two in Fort Portal.

An irate mob in Fort Portal District on Monday lynched a man who was found hiding in the ceiling of a supermarket, a day after another man was rescued from the hands of the mob in what later turned out to be too little too late an intervention of the police as he died shortly after arrival at hospital.

In Monday's incident, the victim, who reportedly broke into Low Price Supermarket on Laggard Street in Fort Portal town, was smoked out when the shop attendants sprayed pepper in the ceiling.
