The Lord Mayor and Kampala's executive director should work together to rid Kampala of uninhabitable living conditions.

As Mr Lukwago and the yet-to-be-appointed executive director wait to take over the remains of a city which looks like a big slum, they both need a focused determination and clear mindset to do something different, something positive, for Kampala if it is to rise from the sludge.
