Judiciary Disowns Rubaga Recount as Metropolitan Police Boss is Fired.

Drama is an understatement, but calling the two bulls in Rubaga North Moses "Ouattara" Kasibante and Singh "Gbagbo" Katongole would, perhaps, paint the picture. Independent Kasibante won the seat in the February 18 polls though Singh, his nearest challenger and also the NRM party national treasurer, cited fraud in the process and petitioned. Reports say Mengo Chief Magistrate Phillip Odoki somehow ordered a recount on Sunday and allegedly failed to supervise the exercise.
