Iran: Tehran Welcomes Consolidation of Cooperation with Switzerland.

Section: General News - Tehran believes that expansion of ties and cooperation with Switzerland serves both sides' interests and is, thus, ready to launch and reinvigorate its bilateral and multilateral relations with Switzerland, a senior aide to the Iranian president said Wednesday.

"Boosting Iran-Switzerland relations serves the interests of not just the two nations, but the region," Esfandyar Rahim Mashayee said in a meeting with Bern's ambassador to Tehran, and added, "And Tehran sees no restriction for the strengthening of its bilateral and multilateral cooperation with Switzerland."
