The country's co-operative movement is eyeing investments in key areas of the economy.
Sectors of focus are manufacturing, information and communication technology, warehousing, among others.
According to Co-operative Development and Marketing minister Joseph Nyaga the strategy is hinged on the strengthening of the movement's apex body, Co-operative Alliance of Kenya (CAK).
